Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national firm, seeks a hybrid Family Law Paralegal for our Seattle, WA office. Remote First with Brick & Mortar Space Available (in person as required by courts & clients).

The paralegal will handle diverse family law matters and support attorneys with filing, document preparation, and client communication, enabling excellent service. Ideal candidates bring 1–6 years in family law, superb writing, and strong e-filing experience.

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm specializing in Family Law, is seeking a hybrid Family Law Paralegal to join our Seattle, WA office. Remote First Setting with Brick & Mortar Space Available (in person as required by courts & clients). Modern Family Law is seeking a paralegal to handle diverse family law cases. This position plays a critical role in helping us maintain excellence in client service by balancing legal expertise, client advocacy, and collaboration. • Strong verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Compensation

$30 - $39 hourly + commission. The range presented is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus potential commissions based on billable hours and collections that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, internal and external pay equity, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.
