Job summary

Modern Family Law, a rapidly expanding national law firm, seeks a hybrid Family Law Associate Attorney for our Bellevue office. The role offers a remote-first setup with in-person court obligations and space as needed, plus low billable-hour expectations and direct client contact.

Compensation ranges from $135,000 to $199,680 annually with comprehensive benefits, including health, retirement, and paid time off. Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of family law experience and WA Bar admission.

Compensation:$135,000 - $199,680 annually. This range is a reliable estimate of the base salary plus projected bonuses and billable hour commission that this individual is expected to receive. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, billable hour expectations, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. Full-time employees are eligible for health insurance with an optional Health Savings Account (HSA), short-term disability, long-term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401(k) Retirement Plan, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.

• 0-3 years of Family Law experience.
• Experience in Family Law preferred; open to litigation candidates interested in practicing Family Law.
