• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies for complex legal and factual issues.
• Take and defend depositions and represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.

We're seeking an experienced Senior Attorney to join a highly respected Miami law firm with a strong commercial, complex business, or real estate litigation practice. This is a hybrid opportunity offering the chance to work on sophisticated, high-stakes litigation matters while collaborating with an experienced legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys handling complex disputes, developing litigation strategies, and providing strategic legal guidance to business clients.

• Handle a diverse range of complex commercial, business, or real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $200,000 base. Factors that may affect pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
