Qualifications

• Strong background in complex commercial/business litigation and real estate disputes.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse range of complex commercial, business, or real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial.
• Represent businesses, property owners, and other clients in complex litigation and business disputes.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, correspondence, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies for complex legal and factual issues.
• Take and defend depositions and represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
