Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in enterprise Windows environments, vendor ATM platforms, and automation, with strong collaboration across management, partners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture.
• Experience in Technical Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
• Experience supporting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining complex enterprise software applications and technology platforms.
• Advanced experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure, application, integration, and platform issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, install, configure, maintain, and support vendor-provided ATM/TCR applications and platforms.
• Lead and coordinate technical interactions with ATM/TCR vendors and resources.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for software deployment, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Mentor engineers and ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
