Qualifications

• 6+ years combined education and/or work experience in systems design, management and/or architecture
• Experience in Technical Engineering, Infrastructure/Systems/Platform Engineering or Systems Administration
• Experience supporting, configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise software applications and platforms
• PowerShell or Batch scripting experience
• Experience with software deployment and release management processes
• Experience with vulnerability remediation, patch management, and operational support
• Experience troubleshooting complex systems and platform issues
• Experience working with Windows-based enterprise environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the design, development, and execution of technical solutions that meet current and future needs
• Design, deploy, install, configure, maintain, and support vendor-provided applications and technology platforms
• Develop and maintain automation solutions for software installation, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, application, and platform issues across multiple systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve platform reliability, security, and customer experience
• Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls
