Job summary

1Password is searching for a Senior Atlassian Administrator to manage and oversee the configuration, governance, and performance of Jira and Statuspage at the company. You’ll collaborate with various teams across engineering and business to ensure a seamless operation within the Atlassian platform.

To succeed in this role, a minimum of 6 years of Jira administration experience in a large-scale environment is required, as well as expertise in automation and governance for Atlassian tools. The position enables remote work within the United States and Canada.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of hands-on Jira administration in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Deep experience managing Atlassian Cloud Enterprise ecosystem.
• Expertise in Jira configuration and workflows.
• Proven track record in designing and governing Jira at scale.
• Strong skills in Jira Automation and complex rule building.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, configuration, and governance of 1Password’s Atlassian platform.
• Champion the strategy for clean data architecture and maintain platforms.
• Partner with multiple teams to build platform solutions.
• Design enforcement for Atlassian governance standards.
• Build and maintain Jira automations to reduce manual work.
