Job summary

Qualifications

• Over 5 years administering enterprise applications, development tools, or collaboration platforms.
• Over 3 years hands-on Atlassian Data Center administration.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crowd.
• Experience CollabNet SVN repositories and access controls.
• Experience with Windows Server environments.
• Experience installing, configuring, upgrading, migrating enterprise applications.
• Experience implementing and managing RBAC and authentication solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Atlassian Data Center apps, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd.
• Administer CollabNet SVN repositories and access controls.
• Configure projects, workflows, permissions, screens, and issue types.
• Perform installation, upgrades, patching, configuration, migration, and lifecycle management of Atlassian and SVN platforms.
• Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and capacity.
• Manage security controls, LDAP/AD synchronization, and access provisioning.
• Develop integrations between Atlassian products, SVN, and enterprise systems.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and document procedures for users.
• Mentor junior admins and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
