Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Experience supporting, configuring, and/or implementing Service Management Solutions.
• Experience with Jira Service Management strongly preferred.
• Atlassian certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and gather high-quality requirements.
• Lead workshops, configure, test, and implement Atlassian solutions.
• Provide Jira/Confluence administration and user training.
• Support QA, incidents, and change control in IT environment.
• Ensure stability, integration, and data integrity of production systems.
