This role ensures the administration and consistent implementation of our Meetings & Events technology, including GEMS, Salesforce, and Cvent, across the organization.

You will lead trainings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize event processes. The ideal candidate brings 2–5 years in meetings or IT environments, strong project management skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality or IT related field is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in meetings, events, or IT environments.
• Experience with Salesforce, Cvent, and event management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Global Event Management System (GEMS) and integrated platforms.
• Support meeting requests via Salesforce.
• Manage and track support requests using Salesforce ticketing.
• Act as system administrator for Cvent.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve integration issues.
• Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders to identify enhancements for GEMS.
