Job summary

Winsupply in Moraine, OH is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to oversee Jira, Confluence, JSM, and Loom, and to scale its Atlassian tool ecosystem across development, product, and business operations. You will own user provisioning, SSO via Okta, workflow customization, and integration with GitHub, Jenkins, and Datadog to drive automated reporting and enterprise-grade governance.

Qualifications

2–5+ years administering Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in an enterprise environment.
Deep understanding of Atlassian Cloud architecture, JQL, automation rules, and scheme configurations.
Strong working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices as applied to Jira Service Management.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and how to map them to Jira project configurations.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to translate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and troubleshoot complex workflow conflicts.
Familiarity with querying and interacting with Atlassian REST APIs, and basic scripting abilities (e.g., Python, JSON) for custom automations.
Active Atlassian Certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional Jira Administrator, Jira Service Project Administrator) preferred. ACP-120 Jira Administration for Cloud or ACP-100/ACP-610 ACP-200 Confluence Administration or Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin.

Responsibilities

Serve as the global admin for Jira, JSM, Confluence, and Loom.
Audit workflows and standardize configurations across the Atlassian suite.
Manage user provisioning, groups, and SSO with Okta.
Install and manage third-party apps like Tempo add-ons per security standards.
Integrate Atlassian products with CI/CD and monitoring tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Datadog) via webhooks and REST APIs.
Lead migrations, upgrades, and consolidation as the org scales.
Design and maintain Jira workflows, permissions, notifications, and screens.
Configure JSM including queues, SLAs, and portals.
