Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required
• CPA exam eligibility preferred
• Prior experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred

Responsibilities

• Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements serving financial institution clients
• Assist with engagement planning and all aspects of financial statement preparation
• Coordinate, delegate, and review the work of Associates to ensure quality and timely client service
• Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities
• Collect and analyze data to identify control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, fraud risks, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies
• Perform analytical reviews of financial information and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members while contributing to a positive team culture
