Job summary

CLA is seeking an Assurance Senior to join our growing Financial Services Group. You will work closely with financial institution clients delivering audit, review, and compilation services while mentoring junior staff.

This role is based in Dallas and offers leadership opportunities within a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam preferred.
• Prior experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements serving financial institution clients.
• Assist with engagement planning and all aspects of financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate, delegate, and review the work of Associates to help ensure quality and timely client service.
• Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data to identify control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, fraud risks, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial information and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members while contributing to a positive team culture.
