CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) seeks an Assurance Senior to join our Financial Services Group in a role serving financial institution clients. You will perform audit, review, and compilation engagements while mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative culture.

Based in a growth market with opportunities to lead engagements, you will expand technical expertise and leadership skills within CLA’s supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• CPA exam eligible preferred.
• Prior experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements serving financial institution clients.
• Assist with engagement planning and all aspects of financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate, delegate, and review the work of Associates to ensure quality and timely client service.
• Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data to identify control deficiencies, fraud risks, and non-compliance with laws and policies.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial information and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members to contribute to a positive team culture.

In this role, you will work closely with financial institution clients, delivering high-quality audit, review, and compilation services while serving as a trusted advisor and mentor to team members. How You'll Create Opportunities In This Assurance Senior Role
