Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks an Assurance Senior Manager to lead complex audits, advise clients on GAAP/GAAS, and develop internal controls improvements. The role combines technical accounting leadership with client relationship management and business development.

The position requires an active CPA, seven-plus years of audit experience, and the ability to supervise and mentor staff while interfacing with audit committees and leadership. Washington state responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics required.
• Master's degree in Accountancy preferred.
• Active US CPA or equivalent license preferred; strong supervisory experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate audit plans and procedures.
• Supervise audit teams and review workpapers and conclusions.
• Cultivate key client relationships and lead business development.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, SEC and PCAOB requirements.
