You will address complex accounting issues, train associates, review workpapers, and tailor audit strategies to risk. Strong communication with clients and teams is essential, alongside delivering quality, on-time results.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of assurance-related experience.
• CPA license or eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise larger, more complex assurance projects.
• Address complex accounting issues such as consolidations and going concern.
• Apply GAAP, GAAS, and other reporting frameworks to audits.
• Train, supervise, and delegate work to associates and interns.
• Review workpapers and provide constructive feedback.
• Customize audit strategies based on identified risks.
• Analyze financial statements for errors or omissions.
• Meet annual billable hour targets and client deadlines.
• Lead client communications on audit status.
