EY’s Government & Public Sector Assurance practice seeks a Senior to play a key role in delivering quality assurance services to federal, state, local and education clients. You will develop expertise around data integrity, understand complex accounting processes, and help clients achieve mission outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification required or achievable
• Excellent project management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to teamwork and leadership
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for clients and build relationships within the client team
• Direct field work and inform supervisors of engagement status
• Demonstrate understanding of complex accounting/auditing concepts and apply them to client situations
• Provide mentorship and performance feedback to assurance staff
• Leverage technology to enhance service delivery and knowledge sharing
