Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate for our Los Angeles office within the Technology Group. The role involves developing detailed engagement work plans, understanding audit, tax, and consulting services, and guiding a team to deliver high-quality work.

The position emphasizes client relationship management and leadership in a hybrid work environment. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in public accounting, a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, and CPA eligibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a reputable public accounting firm
• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting
• CPA or eligibility to sit for the exam
• Technology or Commercial industry experience a plus
• Knowledge of audit software CCH Engagement or other software a plus
• Exceptional organizational, communication and presentation (verbal and written) skills

Responsibilities

• Develop engagement work plans with budgets and schedules
• Understand all audit, tax and consulting services and participate in proposals
• Provide regular performance coaching and feedback to staff and interns while developing skills
• Maintain client relationships with effective communication and leadership
