CohnReznick in Boston is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our Financial Services team. You will lead engagements, plan, execute, and deliver high-quality audits and advisory services for private equity, hedge funds, and other investment funds.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, a CPA, and 3+ years at a public accounting firm. Financial Services experience is preferred, ProSystem Fx experience is a plus, and you will mentor staff while coordinating with

Qualifications

• CPA designation is required.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience.

• Knowledge of ProSystem fx is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Engagement lead on specific client accounts, overseeing pre-engagement planning, execution and final deliverables.
• Develop detailed engagement work plans with budgets and schedules.
• Understand audits, tax and consulting services and participate in proposals.
• Mentor staff and interns, providing coaching and feedback to build skills.
• Ensure effective client management and clear, concise leadership and communication.
