Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure.
• 4+ years of assurance experience in a public accounting environment.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS or other regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading portions of audit engagements from planning through completion.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff and provide feedback.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate auditing of all required financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
• Assess risk and design audit procedures for engagements.
• Lead engagement teams and review workpapers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Supervise seniors and managers, coaching staff throughout the engagement.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate findings and opportunities.
