Job summary

RSM is seeking an experienced Audit professional to join our New York office as a Senior Associate/Engagement lead. You will coordinate audits, oversee engagement teams, and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include risk assessment, applying RSM’s audit methodology, and coaching staff to develop their skills. Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure in state of residence (strongly preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS and related auditing standards.
• Experience leading portions of audit engagements from planning to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate auditing of financial statements, disclosures and client deliverables.
• Assess risk and design audit procedures for engagement teams.
• Supervise staff and review work products; provide coaching notes.
