Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking an Assurance Senior to join our Financial Services Group. You will deliver high-quality audit, review, and compilation services for financial institution clients while mentoring team members and acting as a trusted advisor.

The role is based in one of CLA's growth markets, including Indianapolis, St. Louis, or Dallas, offering opportunities to expand technical expertise and leadership skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• CPA exam eligibility preferred.
• Prior experience with an established public accounting or professional services firm is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audit, review, and compilation engagements serving financial institution clients.
• Assist with engagement planning and all aspects of financial statement preparation.
• Coordinate, delegate, and review the work of Associates to ensure quality and timely client service.
• Support the development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.
• Collect and analyze data to identify control deficiencies, duplicated efforts, fraud risks, and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
• Perform analytical reviews of financial information and identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with clients and team members while contributing to a positive team culture.
