Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Assurance Experienced Senior to coordinate the day-to-day audit engagement from planning through wrap-up and to prepare financial statements with disclosures in accordance with GAAP. You will act as a primary client contact and oversee fieldwork and wrap-up with the engagement team.

The role requires at least three years of audit experience, CPA eligibility, and strong supervisory and communication skills, in a firm following SEC/PCAOB guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics required, CPA preferred or in progress.
• Three+ years of prior audit experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
• CPA exams eligible upon starting employment; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day audit engagement activities from planning through wrap-up.
• Supervise audit staff and review workpapers and conclusions.
• Communicate client questions and information; act as primary client contact.
