Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking an Assurance Experienced Senior in Ridgeland, MS to coordinate day-to-day audit activities, ensure adherence to GAAP, and serve as the client contact for basic inquiries. The role involves reviewing workpapers, supervising staff, and contributing to SEC/PCAOB compliance in audits.

Responsibilities include planning fieldwork, wrapping up engagements, and communicating complex accounting issues to managers and partners.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of prior relevant audit experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• CPA eligibility to sit for CPA exams required

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day audit engagement activities as in-charge auditor.
• Supervise audit staff and review workpapers.
• Plan 404 internal control audits and test plans.
• Communicate findings to engagement partner and client.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics

CPA eligibility to sit for CPA exams
