Qualifications

• Advanced Excel and analytical skills with retail math proficiency.
• Experience with inventory management systems (Blue Yonder, Relex, Manhattan Associates, or SAP).
• 2–5 years of planning/inventory management experience; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders from vendors to distribute centers to maintain adequate inventory.
• Review KPIs such as weeks of supply and in-stock depth to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Track vendor POs from order point to DC to ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Perform root-cause analysis of supplier issues to sustain performance.
• Monitor product flow and inventory-turn to optimize stock levels.
• Participate in lifecycle management for slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive inventory strategy.
