Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Assortment Optimization Leader in Scarborough, ME. This role drives analysis and assortment recommendations for ADUSA brands and coordinates with internal partners and Oliver Wyman on tool enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail, Business, or Technology related roles.
• 3+ years leading people/teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Office usage.
• History of driving the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and performance.
• Ability to build a strong team, engaging in a consultative and collaborative culture.
• Demonstrated history of delivering on impacts and results on a wide range of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Assortment Optimization team for select category groups with detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Manage processes and assets for Assortment Optimization: ticket management, attribution cleaning, cataloging, training, Sharepoint/Teams management.
• Document meetings with Category and ensure inputs are captured and understood.
• Collaborate with external service providers (Oliver Wyman) on tool process points and enhancements.
• Serve as a point of contact for strategic requests outside the calendar.
• Lead optimization of assortment for select groups in wareroom and Ecommerce Fulfillment Centers.
• Assist in collection of Fair Share funding for the Single Source Program.
• Lead and manage delivery and implementation of space management updates in Brick & Mortar and E-Commerce facilities.
