Job summary

Etherio Group is seeking a Senior Association Coordinator to support the Association for Dental Safety (ADS). This role partners with the Director of Education to coordinate educational operations, communications, programs, and events for the client and ensure organizational excellence.

You will manage the LMS, webinars, website content, and member communications, collaborating with board members, volunteers, staff, and sponsors to drive campaigns and event success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a non-profit or association setting.
• Understanding of healthcare continuing education requirements and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe; quick to learn new software.
• Experience with association software (MemberClicks) and LMS.
• Familiarity with Canva, Zoom, Hootsuite, Vimeo, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage online courses, webinars, and CE offerings.
• Upload course materials in the LMS and configure quizzes.
• Coordinate and execute webinars and sponsor webinars.
• Track webinar analytics and prepare reports.
• Create and update website content and graphics.
• Manage association communications across emails, newsletters, social posts.
• Coordinate content calendar and 3–4 campaigns per year.
• Provide onsite event support and logistics.
• Support payment processing and database accuracy.
