Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring for a Senior Associate, Warehouse Operations in Columbus, OH. The role ensures inventory integrity and accuracy across receiving, storage, and shipping processes.

You will execute SOPs, manage adjustments and holds, and support timely delivery to Cardinal Health 3PLs. You will profile products for optimal slotting, monitor cycle counts, and communicate root causes to minimize future errors.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in warehouse/operations or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in heights 20-30 ft.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates encouraged to apply including those returning to work or Veterans.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory accuracy through holds, movements, and returns.
• Drives efficient picking and replenishment through slotting analysis.
• Monitors quality and productivity metrics and communicates with supervisors.
• Investigates outbound/inbound discrepancies and documents variances.
• Resolves discrepancies with suppliers and coordinates with QA teams.
• Places purchase orders and supports operational excellence initiatives.
