Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20–30 ft regularly.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory accuracy by managing holds, movements, returns, purchasing and automated tracking.
• Drives efficient picking and replenishment by profiling products for best slotting.
• Monitors quality and productivity metrics; communicates with supervisors and internal departments.
• Investigates outbound discrepancies and coordinates with Customer Care; reports variances.
• Resolves inbound discrepancies with external suppliers and QA teams.
• Determines root causes and communicates resolutions to stakeholders to minimize future errors.
• Places purchasing orders for customers and tracks on-time deliveries.
• Identifies opportunities to improve operations and mitigate risks.
• Instructs Associates on complex picking, put-away and replenishment tasks.
