Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Senior Associate, Integration/Test Engineering to join the Systems Integration Lab. You will participate in planning, integration, verification, and troubleshooting for complex hardware/software systems on ground and airborne platforms.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience (or 6+ years without a degree), hands-on testing across multi-domain environments, and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with testing, integrating, and verifying software and/or hardware in a multi-domain mobile airborne data-link, video, and voice systems environment
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Aircraft communication system integration and communications ground/flight test support
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with configuration and integration of aircraft RF and satellite communications systems, or cryptographic equipment
• Secret clearance required; must have the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Understand physical architecture incorporating voice, video, and data capability across multiple security domains
• Review and evaluate electrical wiring diagrams to ensure design details trace to system requirements
• Understand test, integration, verification, and validation planning
• Perform effective verification test procedures ensuring system performance and capabilities meet system requirements
• Facilitate the seamless operation of a continuously running Systems Integration Laboratory
