Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Specialist in Integration/Test Engineering to plan, integrate, verify and troubleshoot complex hardware and software systems on ground and airborne communication platforms. You will work across requirements, design, test, and integration teams to ensure system-level success and mission readiness.

The role requires avionics testing expertise, active TS/SCI clearance, and a strong background in wiring, RF, and data-link systems, with on-site work in Greenville, TX.

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License is required.
• Experience with avionics testing, repair, and inspection of aircraft electrical systems.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of related experience, or graduate degree with 0–2 years.
• In lieu of a degree, 6 years of related experience is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Plan, integrate, verify and validate complex hardware/software systems.
• Support requirements, design, development, test and integration for ground and airborne platforms.
• Review wiring diagrams to ensure traceability to system requirements.
• Develop and execute verification tests ensuring performance meets requirements.
