Job summary

Indelible Solutions, a national management consulting firm, seeks a Senior Associate to support engagement delivery teams and help drive project milestones to timely deliverables. You will shape approach and strategy, evaluate performance, and mentor junior staff while maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, health and human services, communications, IT, or related fields.
• PMP, CIA, CPA, CISA or similar certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work on multi-disciplinary teams and build skills to serve clients of all sizes.
• Provide input for engagement decisions including work plan and timeline.
• Plan and organize workload and keep leadership informed of status.
• Drive progress against project milestones for timely, quality delivery.
• Manage multiple tasks and resources amid changing workloads.
• Analyze large data sets and make informed recommendations.
• Conduct research using systematic and qualitative methods.
• Prepare correspondence and communicate findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrate advisory and quality control understanding and teach others.
• Perform peer reviews and self-reviews before submission to leadership.
• Supervise and mentor Junior Associates and Associates on engagements.
• Lead market research, proposal development, and client messaging.
• Mentor team members on research processes and outcomes.
• Seek memberships to build relationships and opportunities for management review.
• Willingness to travel as needed; travel may be 50% or more.
• Background screenings may be required by clients.

Role Overview

The Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting engagement delivery teams with executing engagement-specific objectives. The Senior Associate will be expected to play a role in developing the approach and strategy for driving progress against project milestones to help ensure timely submission of project deliverables. The Senior Associate is also tasked with evaluating performance, communicating constructive feedback to peers and junior-level staff, providing recommendations to management, and establishing/maintaining client relationships. A qualified candidate will be able to multi-task, is dynamic, and should be able to toggle between different processes and assignments with ease.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Work on multi-disciplinary teams and build skills and core competencies, with rich experiences and unique perspectives to serve clients of all sizes from diverse industries
• Provide input for engagement decisions, including work plan, timeline, and project management
• Plan and organize workload and keep the Engagement Manager and / or workstream lead informed of status and activities
• Drive progress against project milestones to help ensure timely and quality delivery of engagement deliverables
• Manage multiple tasks and resources while prioritizing changing workloads
• Effectively analyze and validate large data sets and make relevant conclusions, informed decisions, and educated recommendations to Engagement Manager and / or workstream lead
• Conduct research using both systematic and qualitative research techniques
• Prepare correspondence and effectively communicate findings and results to client(s) and stakeholder(s)
• Demonstrate an understanding of advisory and quality control procedures as it relates to specific client engagement(s) and demonstrate the ability to teach others
• Perform peer reviews and self-reviews of the results prior to submitting work product to Engagement Manager and / or workstream lead.
• Supervise and mentor Junior Associates and Associates on engagements and provide contractor and vendor coordination / oversight
• Lead the development of market research, proposal development, and opportunity requests with tailored solution / client messaging
• Mentor team members on research processes and outcomes
• Seek memberships within relevant organizations to develop relationships and identify opportunities for management review
• Ability to travel as needed; this job may require 50% travel or more
• Candidates may be required to undergo background screenings as required by clients for engagement delivery purposes. Continued employment is contingent upon successfully passing such screenings throughout the duration of employment.
