Job summary

Huck’s Food and Fuel is seeking a Senior Associate to lead store operations on shift, promote customer service excellence, and support the Store Manager in daily tasks and training. The role includes scheduling, cash handling, and ensuring compliance with policies while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory/leadership roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage shift operations and assist store manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service. Maintain store standards and cleanliness.
• Manage shift hours, cover shifts, and assist in scheduling.
• Record hours and sales accurately; handle deposits and daily paperwork.
• Support Store Manager in personnel matters and policy compliance.
• Ensure security and proper handling of cash and merchandise.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, stocking, and maintenance tasks.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks loyalty app to customers.
