Huck’s Food and Fuel is seeking a Senior Associate to oversee shift operations, help manage store performance, and support the store manager as openings arise. The role emphasizes strong customer service, adherence to company standards, and a pathway to management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Gives all customers prompt and courteous service, including greeting customers via gasoline intercom and upholding Best In Class standards
• Observes shift hours and helps fill shifts as needed
• Works the store manager's days off and at least two evening shifts per week
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Store Manager
• Communicates effectively with store associates and management
• Follows federal, state, and local laws and store policies
• Serves as a role model of conduct for associates
• Keeps the Store Manager informed of sales, cash, or operating discrepancies
• Ensures all associates wear proper uniform and deliver prompt, courteous service
• Keeps store areas stocked, clean, and properly priced
