Qualifications

• Senior Associate must be willing to accept a promotion and assume the responsibilities of a store manager when openings occur.
• Provide prompt and courteous service and adhere to Best In Class standards.
• Ensure all associates are in proper uniform and providing prompt, courteous customer service.

Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service during shift operations.
• Observe shift hours and help fill shifts and cover peak times.
• Support the Store Manager by handling tasks and communicating with staff.
• Follow all laws and policies; model conduct for associates.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and monitor sales/discrepancies.
• Keep merchandising areas stocked and displays clean and inviting.
• Ensure maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the store.
• Promote Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers and explain benefits.
