Job summary

PwC seeks a Responsible AI Senior Associate to advise on privacy laws and data protection regulations, helping clients implement privacy policies and assessments within our Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice.

You will analyze complex issues, mentor juniors, and support internal and client needs by interpreting requirements and delivering compliant solutions in a fast-changing landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Advising on privacy laws, data protection regulations, and responsible AI requirements.
• Conducting privacy impact assessments and documenting findings for privacy programs and risk controls.
• Reviewing policies and legal documents to identify data handling gaps and update controls.
• Translating complex legal/technical concepts into practical guidance for business teams and client engagements.
• Interpreting regulatory changes and assessing impact on ongoing workstreams.
• Applying legal research to support responses to privacy questions, incidents and inquiries.
• Collaborating across legal, cybersecurity and technology to align data protection with business needs.
• Supporting data breach investigations and records management through detailed fact finding.
• Guiding junior team members, reviewing deliverables, and providing constructive feedback.
