PwC in Boston is seeking a Responsible AI Senior Associate to advise on privacy laws and data protection regulations, shaping governance and risk controls across clients.

You will mentor junior staff, analyze AI use cases for fairness, transparency, and privacy, and translate complex tech concepts into practical guidance for business teams while collaborating across legal, risk, and technology functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience.
• Preferred AI/privacy certifications (AIGP/CIPM/NIST AI RMF).

Responsibilities

• Support Responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements into controls.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and policy materials.
• Evaluate AI use cases across fairness, transparency, privacy, and risk.
• Collaborate with business, legal, compliance, risk, and tech teams.
• Advise on privacy laws, data protection and AI requirements.
• Conduct privacy impact assessments and document findings.
• Review policies to identify data handling gaps.
• Translate complex concepts into practical guidance for business teams.
• Interpret regulatory changes and assess impact on workstreams.
• Apply legal research to privacy inquiries and incidents.
• Collaborate across functions to align data protection with business needs.
• Support data breach investigations and records management.
• Guide junior team members and provide feedback.
