Job summary

The role reports to the Director, Investment Operations and requires 5+ years in transaction management in a high-volume loan office. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or Finance or equivalent training.
• 5+ years of direct transaction management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and drive to succeed.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Maturity and self-confidence to handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to work harmoniously with internal/external colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior history in a high-volume loan production office.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction management for loan re-underwriting, analysis, and settlement submission.
• Collaborate with AB CarVal Loan Portfolios team and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with closing schedules and document submissions.
• Maintain office pipeline reports and related documentation.
• Coordinate timely receipt/delivery of third-party reports and documents.
• Provide day-to-day operational input on residential loan transactions.
• Evaluate complex situations and propose practical solutions.
• Support business partnering and communicate solutions across the team.
