Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.
• 5+ years of direct transaction management experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and drive to succeed.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• Maturity and self-confidence to simultaneously handle a variety of assignments.
• Ability to work harmoniously with internal/external workers/customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior history of working in a high-volume loan production office.

Responsibilities

• Transaction management – 70%: loan re-underwriting, analysis, presentation and submission for settlement.
• Business partnering – 30%: make judgement-based decisions affecting operations and communicate solutions.
