AB CarVal is seeking a Senior Associate for Investment Operations & Asset Management in New York or Minneapolis. You will support transaction execution, asset management, and reporting across a CRE portfolio, partnering with the front office and external managers.

You will coordinate asset teams, prepare regular performance reports, and help maintain accurate financial models. Excellent Excel and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years finance experience with CRE asset management exposure.
• Experience with underwriting, credit evaluation, and third-party relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills for data modelling and analysis.
• Strong communicator able to coordinate across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support asset management relationships for CRE portfolio.
• Track asset performance against underwriting and business plans.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Support due diligence, closing processes, and financing arrangements.
• Prepare investment memorandums, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with commercial team and external partners on transactions.
