Job summary

Treaty Oak Clean Energy, headquartered in Austin, TX, is seeking an investments professional at the Senior Associate or Manager level to support investment decision-making across a portfolio of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. You will develop and maintain complex financial models, perform due diligence, and prepare investment materials for internal and Sponsor-level approvals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure private equity, investment banking, or project finance.
• Strong hands-on financial modeling skills and knowledge of renewable energy project fundamentals.
• Experience communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare investment memoranda, FID packages, and materials for Investment Committee and Sponsor approval.
• Build and maintain structured financial models for solar and battery storage projects; summarize sensitivities for leadership.
• Prepare marketing materials (teasers, CIMs) for financing processes and external outreach.
• Review third-party reports and project docs (PPAs, EPC, ITCs, tax equity) to inform models.
• Coordinate due diligence across legal, tax, environmental, and market consultants.
• Support regulatory and interconnection analysis impacting project economics and financing.
