Job summary

VaynerX is seeking an Associate Director of Recruitment to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and locations, ensuring a diverse and inclusive candidate pool. The role collaborates with hiring managers to design effective interview processes and scalable recruitment programs.

The candidate will partner with the Talent team to optimize processes, build proactive pipelines, and drive brand-aligned recruitment strategies that attract top talent to VaynerX in New York and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years experience in full cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS) and other workforce systems
• Passionate about building and supporting diverse & inclusive teams and cultures.
• Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview process, and interview assessment
• An empathetic approach to building relationships based in trust and transparency with candidates and hiring managers

Responsibilities

• Manage and own full life cycle recruiting: preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, scheduling, and hiring.
• Balance and prioritize multiple roles at once while ensuring an active, diverse, and healthy candidate pool across positions.
• Manage hiring efforts for positions across various VaynerX locations.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to navigate seamlessly through the hiring process and ensure a thorough understanding of the technical requirements of each role.
• Partner with hiring teams to set expectations and develop consistent interview processes that lead to quality hires.
• Collaborate across VaynerX’s Talent team to support process improvements and share knowledge.
• Create innovative programs, events, and campaigns to generate awareness and build candidate pipelines that align with recruitment goals.
• Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities by formulating plans to fill new roles quickly and assemble powerful sourcing strategies for each search.
• Develop and employ effective sourcing strategies that deliver strong and diverse talent for current and future needs.
• Manage candidate experience; guiding candidates through the recruiting life-cycle by being highly responsive with candidate communications.
• Build talent pipelines and ensure that every candidate experience is thoughtful, kind, and a clear representation of what it's like to work at VaynerX.
• Play a crucial role in shaping VaynerX’s future by making recommendations on employment brand strategy.
