Job summary

Triple Crown Senior Living seeks a Senior Associate to drive underwriting, asset management, and portfolio optimization initiatives. The role backs the CIO with rigorous financial modeling, market analysis, and investment materials, influencing decisions for lenders, equity partners, and ownership groups.

You will lead analytics, support due diligence, and develop reporting tools while mentoring junior staff and traveling to target markets as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ownership of institutional-quality financial models built from a blank page.
• Track record supporting transactions through closing and explaining deal size/structure.
• Experience presenting to investment committees, lenders, or ownership groups.
• MBA, CFA, or related designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Own and improve underwriting, valuation, forecasting, and portfolio models.
• Lead market research and defend market views with data and analysis.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda and lender materials.
• Support transaction execution and due diligence workstreams.
• Design and maintain asset management reporting tools and dashboards.
• Mentor junior analysts and support team growth.
• Travel to communities and markets as needed.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance and operational focus.
• Protect confidential information and comply with policies.
