Qualifications

• Strong Excel modeling required.
• Familiarity with NIC MAP Vision and seniors housing financing structures.
• Clear writing and ability to walk leadership through analysis.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite senior housing acquisitions (IL, AL, memory care) and build acquisition models.
• Prepare market studies, rate surveys, and competitor analysis.
• Draft investment memos and support lender diligence through closing.
• Coordinate due diligence, data room, and closing tasks.
