Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financing.
• J.D. from a nationally recognised law school with strong credentials.
• Active admission to the Texas Bar.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions and financing transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, loan documents and other transactional documentation.
• Conduct legal due diligence and identify potential risks in real estate investments and transactions.
• Assist with structuring, negotiating and closing complex commercial real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel and other stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices on sophisticated real estate matters.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice.

• Competitive salary of $260,000 - $365,000, depending on experience.
