Job summary

Day Two Plus seeks a Senior Associate with real estate or commercial construction experience to implement PMIS solutions for major clients. You will work as an individual contributor and in a team, focusing on delivering tangible value through project delivery and process improvements.

The role emphasizes client-facing responsibilities, onboarding new users, and collaborating with Product Development to align features with client needs. Competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, construction technology, information technology, real estate or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in roles such as construction/project management, corporate/commercial real estate, facilities management, engineering, architecture or virtual design.
• Experience in a construction technology company is a PLUS.
• Outstanding documentation and communication skills required.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Drive seamless adoption of the technology, including training of users on how to use the technology and make the most out of it.
• Serves as a primary point of contact for all project teams.
• Identify key customer needs and priorities and represent them to the Product Development team during Product Development planning.
• Managing real-time inquiries while keeping track of and responding to commitments to follow-up with customer/vendor inquiries.
• Manage project documentation and capture requirements from all functional stakeholders.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution, implementation and management.
• Develop strong relationships with key customers and partners and understanding the Client's business model and processes.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), leading indicators and metrics to measure effectiveness and success.
