United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Projects Manager to lead end-to-end PMIS deployments, with PMWeb focus, in the real estate and construction space. You will manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.

You will communicate with executives and users, customize PMIS configurations, and guide transformation programs, bringing 12+ years of consulting experience and PMP/PRINCE2 credentials.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or economics.
• 12+ years of relevant consulting experience with 8+ years in Project and Program Management.
• 5+ years experience in Real Estate (Feasibility to Construction handover).
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation projects.
• Experience deploying PMIS, preferably PMWeb.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Senior Projects Manager -(PMIS)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management:

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end deployment of the PMIS solution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, taking into consideration all aspects of the PMIS implementation.

Stakeholder Management:

• Effectively communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, project teams, and end-users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

PMIS Implementation:

• Leverage your extensive experience in implementing PMIS solutions, with a focus ideally on PMWeb, within the real estate and construction sector.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and internal users to customize and configure the PMIS to meet specific organizational requirements.

Leadership:

• Manage the project ecosystem, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of the PMIS solution.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment. Handle confidential and sensitive information with tact, poise, and diplomacy.

Minimum Qualification

• Masters degree in engineering or economics. An MBA would be a plus.
• 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting industries out of which 8+ years of experience in Project and Program Management
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate industry (Feasibility & Concept Design to Construction Handover).
• Certified in one of the mainstream project management methodologies (PMP/ PRINCE 2)
• Experience in successfully leading enterprise-wide transformation projects
• Proven experience in successfully deploying PMIS solutions, with a preference for PMWeb.
• Excellent English communication skills , both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
