Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Digital Consultant to lead PMIS implementation, data strategy, and analytics across major capital programs. The role centers on configuring systems, managing data models, and delivering insight-driven reporting for cost, risk, and schedule controls.

You will engage with clients, shape digital strategy, and champion modern practices while supporting business development and technology adoption within a global real estate and infrastructure portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of digital systems and data-driven delivery within capital projects and asset management.
• Proven experience delivering client-facing digital or data-enabled change from start-up through implementation.
• Ability to link digital solutions to client value including cost, efficiency, and performance outcomes.
• Solid knowledge of PMO/PMIS tools, methodologies, and governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• High emotional intelligence with constructive change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of a PMIS for a large PMO focusing on cost, risk, schedule, and portfolio tools.
• Develop system configuration approaches, technical documentation, and implementation plans aligned to program objectives.
• Influence client ways of working to align operational processes with system capabilities and data models.
• Champion best practices in digital systems configuration and integration across major capital programs.
• Capture and analyze client requirements to design digital strategies, data frameworks, and analytics approaches.
• Support integration of project, cost, schedule, and asset data into reports.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau) for insight-led decisions.
• Provide technical training, coaching, and user adoption support to client teams.
• Contribute to documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
• Support business development, bid responses, and winning work.
• Drive continuous improvement of digital, data, and analytics capability across the business.
• Act as an ambassador for digital services and value-led digitization.
