Day Two Plus seeks an Associate Director in Product with extensive real estate or commercial construction experience. You will gather requirements, lead design workshops, and support client engagements from initiation through delivery, interfacing with vendor partners and internal teams.

The role requires process orientation, proactive mindset, and ability to operate across projects for a large US-based client with a broad footprint."

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in construction/project management or related roles.
• Experience in a construction technology or advisory environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption of the technology, including user training.
• Lead project strategy, scope, schedule, budget and risk plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams.
• Identify customer needs and represent them to Product Development.
• Develop KPIs and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and teams.
