Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking a PMIS Specialist to work within Digital Advisory Services. The role focuses on configuring PMIS tools like Autodesk Forma, Procore, Kahua, and Trimble Unity, while leading information-gathering with clients and delivering training programs.

You will analyze business needs, support project control, and provide data extraction for management use. The position emphasizes communication, teamwork, and a drive for innovative construction tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
• 1+ year of experience in the AEC industry is required.
• Basic knowledge of project management/workflows is required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience in client-facing roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead information-gathering sessions with clients and translate needs into requirements.
• Prepare and deliver training programs to clients and teams.
• Coordinate review of designed solutions with key client stakeholders.
• Provide day-to-day software operation support for internal and external partners.
• Perform data extraction and analysis for program and project management.
